ENID Group was founded in 2018 in Geneva by Stoyan Baumeyer, a former Swiss banker, business lawyer and energy expert with over a decade of experience in the field. The company is headquartered in Switzerland, with a strategically located office in Sofia, Bulgaria, to support operations in Central & Eastern Europe.

Since its inception, ENID Group has been focusing on delivering tailored energy solutions, growing its network of partners, and developing key projects in the region. Our main goal is to connect producers and consumers of energy commodities in the most efficient and reliable way. We currently have multiple energy projects under development across Eastern Europe, contributing to the modernization, optimization and diversification of energy resources.
